Functional Health Tests

In partnership with Forth, Dr. Greer has curated a set of at-home biomarker tests grounded in the understanding that physical health and psychological well-being are inseparable. Stress, hormones, and thyroid function all shape how we think, feel, and cope.

Understanding the body is part of understanding the self.

Psychological distress does not exist only in the mind. Cortisol, testosterone, thyroid hormones, and reproductive hormones all play a measurable role in mood, resilience, motivation, and cognitive function. These tests were selected because they speak directly to the territory Dr. Greer works in — and because understanding your biology can be a meaningful part of understanding what you're carrying.

01

Stress Check

Find out if daily life stress is impacting your body's cortisol and prolactin levels — as well as the micronutrients your body needs to function optimally. A useful starting point for anyone who suspects chronic stress is affecting them physically.

02

Total & Free Testosterone

Low testosterone can affect libido, mood, and muscle mass. In women, elevated testosterone can have an effect on fertility and wellbeing. A simple at-home test for a complete picture of your testosterone levels.

03

Menopause Health

For women in various stages of the menopause who want to check hormone levels as well as the broader impact that changes may be having on their overall wellbeing and energy.

04

Thyroid Health

Tests your levels of TSH, T3, and T4 — the three main hormones that indicate whether your thyroid is functioning correctly. Thyroid imbalances are frequently overlooked causes of fatigue, mood changes, and cognitive difficulty.

05

Perimenopause Check

A hormone check for women who believe they may be beginning to transition through the menopause and want to understand how their body is changing — and at what pace.

Tests are fulfilled by Forth, Dr. Greer's biomarker testing partner.
